Everything you ask of me, in the greater scheme of things...
Does it truly matter?
Does my opinion truly somehow represent itself in this world?
Or do you ask for my opinion on the scales at hand to simply mock me?
To prove that despite what you may claim, my voice, that which speaks with a tongue so foreign, has no power here?
"We ask, I ask, for your opinion because there are times when there is need for an outside source, something other than our perspective."
"You, you represent that outside source, that perspective. You might not see it, nor feel it, but every opinion you provide is carefully weighed."
Argent Fatalis tensely handles a conversation with unimagined ramifications while speaking to a mysterious, well dressed man. His voice, a low, growled rumble shakes those who hear it to their core, and as he snarls speech with simmering frustration, the man in the suit fails to so much as flinch.
This isn't the first, and certainly will not be the last time Argent is brought forward to give his assessment.
As to who he provides it to, and why, is only suggested.
The commission, produced by the outstanding talent of Jocarra, was no small feat, and resulted in this excellent representation of tension and mystery between the single sentient creature outside of man, and one of countless human beings on the planet; yet each individual, exemplified by her artistic ability, retains a unique identity, fitting of their character.
The aroura given in this piece is phenomenal. I love the shaded edges of the images giving a sense of tense apprehension and mystery. The lightest part of the image resounding in the particular area of the beasts face seems to add a sharp focal point on the beats angers and frustrations, and yet the majority of shadows covers the man in the suite, In my opinion giving a sense of malicious intent. Not to mention the exceptional details in this piece. Its hard to tell what I find most appealing, the vivid details or the impressionable use of the feeling of backdrop and lighting infects. This is stunning!! Thank you for reading this, and for posting such a phenomenal piece.
You are most correct in the tactics used by Jocarra, this commission's artist, were employed to add an air of incredible tenseness and apprehensiveness; the two characters present exhibit almost clashing emotion. One is still, calm, unswayed and the other is moved to anger, and assists in granting some suspicion that the man in the suit is perhaps not the most friendly of individuals.
I highly appreciate your opinion and comment on the piece.
